Instructional fitness programme set to a soundtrack of the year’s biggest hits.There are five main sections to the workout, each presented by professional fitness instructors and featuring a dance choreography which viewers are encouraged to join in with.As well as a warm up and a warm down, the sections included are: ‘Ease It In’, ‘Take It Higher’, ‘Rock It Out’, ‘Dance, Dance, Dance’ and ‘Feel the Burn’.Among the artists whose music provides the soundtrack to the workouts are McFly, Cheryl Cole, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Scherzinger, Lady Gaga and Rihanna.
