With the action-packed new production of Disney’s MULAN, critically acclaimed director Niki Caro has set out to be a modern title heroine. MULAN is the epic adventure of a young, fearless woman who risks everything out of love for her family and her home. After numerous hard trials, she grows into the bravest and bravest warrior and thus writes stories in the legends of China. The modern reinterpretation of the thrilling adventure is backed by a powerful score by Harry Gregson-Williams. The song “Reflection”, sung by leading actress “Lyifei Liu”, also makes a great appearance in the film and soundtrack. Christina Aguilera, six-time Grammy winner and one of the most successful international singers and songwriters of the last decades, contributes two new songs to the MULAN soundtrack: the brand new ballad “Loyal Brave True” and her reinterpretation of the song “Reflection”, which she described as a then largely unknown 16-year-old sang for the first time when the popular animated film was released more than twenty years ago. “Reflection” was Aguilera’s first single release and the starting signal for her worldwide career as one of the most successful pop singers of all time. The original composition “Loyal Brave True”, custom-made for Niki Caro’s epic canvas adventure, was written by Jamie Hartman, Harry Gregson-Williams, Rosi Golan and Billy Crabtree.
